Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Lorain is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in the Parma Heights area. This flexible role offers meaningful one-on-one interactions, ongoing learning, and the chance to give back to your community.

Pay is $17 per hour with mileage reimbursement for approved client errands, training opportunities, and a $500 referral bonus for caregiver and client referrals. Prior caregiving experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience.
• Driver's license and another form of identification.
• Vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Preparing simple meals.
• Helping with light household tasks.
• Providing transportation to appointments or errands.
• Offering companionship and conversation.
• Supporting clients with their everyday routines.
