Job summary

Visiting Angels - Gilford is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Gilford area.

You will offer companionship, assist with personal care, prepare meals, remind about medications, perform light housekeeping, run errands, transport to appointments, and document duties using a smartphone. Flexible day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Experience with seniors or disabled adults preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle and active automobile insurance.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for clock in and documentation.
• CNA/LNA certification or experience is a plus.
• Dementia/Alzheimer's experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
