Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time.
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines and daily activities to support client independence.
• Provide compassionate companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care as needed.
• Adhere to care plans and safety guidelines while respecting client dignity.
