Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years caregiving experience required.
- Familiar with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
- Willing to travel throughout Cleveland and surrounding communities.
- Strong communication and caring attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
- Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
- Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life.
