Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance/registration.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Certification as CNA/HHA/PCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support with activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, laundry, dishes, etc.).
• Prepare meals and snacks per client instructions.
• Escort clients to errands and medical appointments.
• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing).
• Provide medication reminders and oversee routine exercises.
• Deliver dementia care and meaningful companionship.
