Job summary

Helping Hearts is seeking active and enthusiastic caregivers to assist with ADLs in Columbia, TN. The role includes personal care, companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation, health monitoring, and safe transportation.

We offer flexible shifts from 4 to 12 hours, day and night options, with opportunities for growth. Applicants must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Proven caregiving experience with personal care and companionship.
• Ability to monitor health needs, including blood sugar when applicable.
• Must pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship to reduce isolation and promote mental well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation to support daily living.
• Observe health status and report changes to supervisors; assist with transportation as needed.
