Job summary

We are seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our Fairbanks team. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support the wellbeing and independence of the individuals in our care.

You will coordinate with family and healthcare professionals, ensure safety, help with meals, and facilitate meaningful activities and companionship. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, and you must be eligible to work in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience and transfers.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable).
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in Fairbanks, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of the individual(s) under your care.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with the individual(s).
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals as needed.
