Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Complete meal preparation assistance, including meals and eating support.
• Complete personal care assistance (baths, dressing, grooming, skin care).
• Complete housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry, dishes).
• Complete laundry tasks (wash, dry, fold, put away).
• Assist with running errands (grocery, supplies, post office).
• Rarely absent; reliable, dependable, on time.
