Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking reliable caretakers to join our team in Tennessee. You will provide daily living assistance, light housekeeping, personal care, and emotional support to residents in a compassionate, patient manner.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, mobility, monitoring wellbeing, and accompanying residents to appointments while maintaining HIPAA guidelines. A HS diploma and valid license are required; caregiving certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous experience in Medication Assistance is preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Daily Care and Support.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Help residents with mobility including walking, transferring, and repositioning per care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in health status.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Household and meal assistance; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to appropriate personnel.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance while handling patient information.
