Job summary

Tribute Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in private homes and senior living communities around Chicago's northern and western suburbs, including Evanston. Visits are 8 to 12 hours, with days or awake overnights, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

You will join a warm, supportive team that values reliability, clear communication, and a person-centered approach. Weekend availability and a valid work authorization in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week
• Reliable personal transportation
• Negative TB test
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in private homes and senior living communities across Chicago's northern and western suburbs.
• Build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and the care team.
