Job summary

A caregiving service provider is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the Caregiver - Immediate Openings role. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour with paid training opportunities, sick leave accrual, and benefits like medical, dental, and vision based on eligibility. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients, assisting with meal preparation, and providing personal care. Applicants should have at least 6 months of professional caregiving experience or equivalent certifications, including CNA or HHA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have three professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
