Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate individuals for a caregiver/companion role in Seattle. No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and desire to help are key. You will support a long‑term client with engaging activities and meaningful interaction.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, safety, and transportation, and participating in a 24‑hour coverage model under a team approach. Schedule options include full‑time and part‑time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail.
• Has reliable transportation and can travel to multiple assignments/locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide support through engaging activities and meaningful interaction with the client.
• Assist with daily living, safety, comfort, and hygiene needs.
• Coordinate transportation and accompany client to appointments and outings.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Document and communicate changes in the client’s condition to the team.
