Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs, RCAs, or PCAs to provide personal care per care plans. No prior experience is required, and a helpful training program is offered. You must be 18 or older; exceptions apply for those with a valid CNA license.

We offer full- and part-time shifts with block scheduling, evening and night differentials, and opportunities for advancement. Pay varies by experience and licensure, with benefits and a supportive leadership team.

Formación

• Must thrive in a teamwork setting
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; exception for under 18 with valid CNA license

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and follow residents' care plans
• Perform delegated nursing and medical tasks as directed by RN
• Accurately document information
• Communicate with RNs and LPNs about residents
• Follow HIPAA guidelines
