Qualifications
- Previous caregiver experience preferred, not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Physical ability to assist with mobility and light tasks; valid driver's license if required.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Monitor health changes and report to the supervisor.
