Job summary

You will assist with mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship, following individualized care plans. Candidates with CNA/HHA/PCA certification and reliable, patient demeanor are encouraged to apply; vaccination

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required or preferred.
• Vaccination records preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Caring, patient, and dependable demeanor.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes.
• Reliable and able to commit to assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Build connections through companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients' conditions or needs
