Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Bellingham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide personalized care at clients’ homes. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, and safe-housekeeping, with shifts available across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is required or preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment
• Follow individual care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
