Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a nationwide team delivering non-medical in-home care to seniors in Florida. You will work one-on-one with clients, providing companionship, daily living support and personal care in their homes.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour based on client care experience and certification, with higher rates for shorter shifts. A dynamic benefits package includes weekly payroll, daily pay, 401K and CEU training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Preferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full-time care experience.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Active Florida Level 2 Background Check or able to pass.
• Active CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Excellent communication skills; mature, caring, punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming and dressing.
• Plan and prepare meals; light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance.
• Help with medications as required.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
