Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide companionship and monitor residents for changes.
• Report changes and concerns to the nursing team.
• Document on flow sheets and assist with meal setups.
• Assist with mobility and transferring as needed.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
