All Ways Caring HomeCare in Cordele, GA invites you to our Plant Your Future hiring event on April 21-22. On-site interviews, immediate offers, and team introductions will be provided at 515 E 3rd Ave, Cordele.

We are seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support: meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, personal care, and transportation. Experience is valued, but full training is available, with background checks and CPR certification required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member).
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date). Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
