Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and transfers.

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with the care team.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations related to caregiving and client care.
