The role focuses on empowering clients to manage daily tasks and build independence in their own homes and communities. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid California Driver License
• Must have access to reliable vehicle
• Must pass DOJ background check
• CPR/First Aid certification
• TB test result
• Must have valid auto insurance with $100,000-$300,000 bodily injury liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Support community outings and foster client independence.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
