Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice in O'Fallon, MO seeks a skilled caregiver (CNA preferred) to provide hands-on care in a home setting. Morning shifts every other weekend, with potential for additional hours during the week.

Duties include bathing, ADLs, mobility transfers with a Hoyer lift, and maintaining safety and dignity for the client. Eligible caregivers should have CNA certification or relevant experience, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or hands-on caregiving background.
• Hoyer lift experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Provide hands-on personal care and ADL support.
• Assist with safe mobility and transfers using a Hoyer lift.
• Help maintain the client’s comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home support.
