Job summary

Responsibilities
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
- Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients comfortable.
- Provide incontinence care management.
- Perform light housekeeping to ease home stress.
- Prepare meals to keep seniors healthy.
- Offer medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions.
- Ensure memory care safety to keep seniors out of danger.
- Assist with physical therapy exercises.
