Job summary

Glen Park Senior Living seeks compassionate Caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities and to create a supportive, healthy environment where they can thrive. As a Direct Care Staff member, you will support elderly residents, help with daily living tasks, meals, and participate in activities, with training and CPR/First Aid certifications expected.

A $1,000 hiring bonus is offered for full-time and $500 for part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Live-Scan Fingerprint Clearance
• CPR/First Aid Certificate
• Negative TB Test and Health Screening

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating and toileting.
• Meal Assistance: help serve meals and snacks as needed.
• Activities Program Participation: engage to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Ongoing Training: monthly and quarterly in-services totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year.
• Certifications: maintain current CPR and First Aid training.
