Vitalia Montrose is seeking a Care Partner to provide compassionate daily living assistance to residents in a home‑like setting. The role includes helping with bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding, while delivering respectful, person‑centered care.

You must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate reliable English communication. A positive attitude and physical stamina are essential for success on this team.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and eating.
• Support residents with sitting, standing and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Provide empathetic, person‑centered care and engage residents in activities.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and positive environment for residents and team members.
