Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, polishes, and sanitizes public spaces and residents' apartments weekly.
• Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Reports health concerns to management and participates in in-service training.
• Assists with disaster management and emergency responses as needed.
• Attends scheduled training and ensures safety procedures are followed.
