Job summary

AbleLight seeks dedicated caregivers to provide daily care and companionship in a residential setting, assisting residents with activities of daily living and supporting personal goals.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, medication administration under supervision, and transportation to appointments. You will participate in activities that promote independence and dignity, while ensuring compliance with safety and reporting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and companionship aligned with Individual Support Plans with dignity and respect.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance or housekeeping as needed.
• Prepare and serve meals following individual diet plans.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Transport individuals to medical appointments, outings, or errands as requested.
• Support engaging activities to enhance daily living and personal goals.
• Maintain GER and record-keeping in line with medical orders and state requirements.
