Job summary

Bloom at Willow is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents. You will clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas while following sanitation protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include restocking supplies, reporting repair needs, assisting visitors, and attending required trainings. Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a care setting. This is a hands-on role with meaningful daily impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous housekeeping or maintenance experience can be considered.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices in housekeeping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a care setting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas to meet health standards.
• Follows directions for handling chemicals; labels and stores them properly.
• Empties trash and disposes of waste appropriately.
• Cleans floors, dusts, polishes furniture and equipment.
• Replenishes supplies and linens; reports repairs as needed.
• Observes resident safety and assists families/visitors as required.
• Attends required trainings and meetings.
