Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision and companionship to residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Support residents to uphold rights, dignity, privacy, independence, and personal choices.
• Engage residents in activities such as reading, music, games, crafts, and walks.
• Observe residents for changes and report concerns promptly to the Charge Nurse.
