Job summary

Unhooked Recovery is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to supervise adults in a residential treatment setting. The role emphasizes safety, structured support, and crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team.

You will document observations, participate in groups, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining strict client confidentiality. The schedule runs Friday through Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with duties including transport, intake/discharge

Qualifications

• Experience caring for adults with behavioral health or substance use needs.
• Ability to work the Fri-Sun schedule.
• Strong communication and boundary-setting skills.
• Accurate documentation in EHR and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client supervision and support to ensure safety and a therapeutic environment.
• Monitor client activities, progress, and overall well-being.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients at all times.
• Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral concerns per procedures.
• Complete routine documentation in the EHR and case management entries.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed.
• Participate in the multidisciplinary treatment team and share relevant information.
