Job summary

New Hope Ranch in Manor, TX is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within a behavioral health setting. Under RN or provider supervision, you will support safe medication administration, monitor health status, and contribute to a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Schedule Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm; full-time, $23.00-$35.00 per hour. Requires licensure, CPR/First Aid, CPI within 90 days; experience in mental health or substance use preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with a current licensure in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
• One year experience in mental health, substance use, or eating disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to a behavioral health population in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Support patient assessments by collecting clinical data within LVN/LPN scope.
• Perform vital signs, basic assessments, and approved procedures to monitor health and inform care planning.
• Observe and report changes in mental status, physical condition, or safety risks.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, psychiatrists, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
