Job summary

ABA Pathways, LLC seeks a compassionate, adaptable BCBA/BCaBA to join our client-centered team. You will design and implement individualized ABA programs, collaborate closely with families and educators, and contribute to program improvements with clinical colleagues.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA/BCaBA certification, and at least two years of ABA experience, with strong leadership and communication skills. CPR/First Aid and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years ABA experience; ability to lead teams.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with client handling.
• TB, background checks and CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and design individualized behavior programs.
• Maintain a consistent, reliable schedule with clients.
• Provide direct services to clients as needed.
• Provide ongoing support to families and clinical team members.
• Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and report to the Assistant Clinical Director.
