Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license to visit client homes.
• Physical endurance for tasks like lifting groceries and assisting clients.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking per dietary requirements.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Enrich the quality of life and support wellness per care plans.
• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist with light exercise or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation at home and during appointments.
