Visiting Angels of Webster Groves is hiring At Home Caregivers to support clients in Chesterfield, Webster Groves, and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, and assist with daily activities, with flexible schedules and growth opportunities.

As an At Home Caregiver, you’ll be reliable, communicate clearly, and adhere to health and safety standards. Training in dementia or Alzheimer’s care is available to broaden skills and career growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License, car insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes at scheduled times.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties within dietary constraints.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background check).
• Bring compassion and a genuine desire to brighten each client’s day.

Responsabilités

• Helping clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assisting clients with light physical exercise or walks.
• Planning and preparing meals with clients.
• Handling light housekeeping duties.
• Reporting health changes or unusual incidents.
• Providing companionship and support.
• Responding quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompanying and supervising clients during shopping trips.
• Reminding clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Assisting with mobility and errands at home and appointments.
