Job summary

Eminence Home Care in the United States is seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide personalized care to clients in their homes, upholding dignity, comfort, and well-being. You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, monitor health, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to support independence and quality of life.

No prior healthcare experience required—training is provided.

Qualifications

Experience in home care or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help with meal preparation and ensure that clients receive proper nutrition.
Provide medication reminders and documentation of medication administration.
Engage clients in social activities and offer emotional support.
Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
