SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking experienced caregivers to provide non-medical, hands-on support to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver providing non-medical, hands-on support.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and mobility transfers.
• Comfort with dementia or Alzheimer's care.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to cover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Provide hands-on support with mobility and transfers.
• Support clients with incontinence care and repositioning.
• Care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's with patience and reassurance.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in condition to the office (no medical tasks).
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
