Job summary

Comfort Keepers is seeking a compassionate CAREgiver to provide in-home support to seniors, promoting independence and comfort. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, housekeeping, and meal prep, while offering companionship and reminders for medications.

We value empathy, reliability, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Both part-time and full-time roles are available with benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months caregiving experience preferred (family experience counts!).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required movements.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily grooming, hygiene, and toileting needs.
• Assist with movement and transfers (including hoyer lifts and gait belts).
• Create a safe, clean home environment with light housekeeping, laundry, and cooking.
• Provide companionship, medication reminders, and specialized care for dementia clients.
• Run errands, provide transportation, and more.
