Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is seeking staff to support Wesley Residence with meal preparation, serving, and daily housekeeping in an on-site, part-time role in Duluth, MN. You will assist with dining services, ensure cleanliness, and respond to resident needs with compassion.

The position requires basic education (Highschool/GED) and the ability to pass a MN DHS Background Study; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a MN DHS Background Study.
• Knowledge of nutrition, recipes and prescribed dietary needs.
• Knowledgeable about MN Food Code.
• Flexible and willing to assist with special events.
• Able to spend extended times on your feet.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals.
• Clear tables as needed.
• Accommodate resident's requests promptly.
• Wash dishes and keep the work environment clean and sanitized.
• Act as Person in Charge when food is being prepared.
• Monitor and organize food stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
