Job summary

SEM Haven in Milford, OH is seeking an Assisted Living Aide for full-time daytime hours (6:45 am – 7:00 pm). The Care Coordinator works with residents, families and staff to provide compassionate personal care in line with policies and regulations.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility and maintaining a clean, respectful environment. One year elder-care experience is preferred; English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Freedom from illegal use of drugs and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents according to policies and procedures.
• Assist with food preparation/serving; transport residents and support daily activities.
