Job summary

Home Hope and Healing, Inc. is seeking a PSS to provide in-home, client-centered care for an adult client in the Belgrade, ME area. Shifts include Saturdays and Sundays with flexible schedule options, including per diem or full-time arrangements, to fit your availability.

Duties include personal hygiene, daily living activities, meal prep, light housework, and assisting with communication. Our team supports via Nurse Managers and offers benefits such as paid time off, health and retirement

Qualifications

• PSS certificate preferred; enroll in PSS course within 6 months.
• Active CNA certification preferred.
• One year of clinical home care experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful passing of background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1, client-centered care and services.
• Support daily living activities and personal hygiene per the care plan.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with communication via telephone, email, or internet.
• Perform general housework and maintain a hygienic home.
• Coordinate with Nurse Managers for ongoing support.
