Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring part-time RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You’ll work as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans while recording progress data electronically.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and eager to help children with Autism. Training is provided, and you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling with immediate access to earned wages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Directly implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
