Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes and community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based ABA services, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and a clinical team. RBT certification is required before working, with paid training potentially provided.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain or maintain RBT certification if not already held.
• Patience and compassion when working with children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
