Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a hands-on associate to inventory vehicles on airport lots, update status on a handheld device, and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customers. You may assist customers and help maintain accurate fleet records and lot organization on-site in Minneapolis.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Regular outdoor work, flexibility across shifts, and the ability to stand and move about the lot are expected.

What You’ll Do:

• You will inventory vehicles on our airport lots and enter vehicle status and related information into a handheld device.
• You will verify that vehicles are clean, properly staged, and ready for customers.
• You may also assist customers as needed, providing professional and friendly service while helping maintain accurate fleet records and lot organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles; and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
