Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco to operate a company-provided luxury SUV and serve riders on the Uber platform. You will earn a guaranteed hourly wage, keep 100% of tips, and receive benefits including healthcare.

Weekly pay and optional On-Demand Pay are available, with bonus opportunities for performance and a $1,000 starter bonus after 25 shifts. As a W-2 employee, you’ll enjoy driver-support resources and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on Uber app and have U.S. driving experience.
• Minimum age 25 with valid California Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided SUV and complete rides via the Uber app.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent passenger service.
• Earn hourly pay plus tips and bonuses.
• Attend background checks and screenings as required.
