Job summary

Alto is hiring Rideshare Drivers in San Francisco to operate a company-provided luxury SUV and serve riders on the Uber app. You will be paid hourly with bonuses and keep 100% of your tips, plus benefits.

Eligible drivers receive a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts, weekly direct deposit or daily On-Demand Pay, and basic healthcare including dental and vision. Flexible hours let you tailor your schedule while maintaining safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers in Alto-provided vehicle on the Uber app.
• Attend shifts and follow the flexible scheduling built by Alto.
• Provide safe, reliable, and courteous service to riders.
