Job summary

RPM Pizza in Indiana is hiring delivery drivers to provide a fun, friendly experience for customers while taking orders and delivering delicious pizzas.

You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; strong communication and basic math skills are a plus. This non-exempt position offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training through RPM Pizza College, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; occasional crouching and climbing.
• Ability to work at stations 36"-48" high and reach shelves up to 72".
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• For delivery roles: ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
