SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is looking for caregivers to deliver non-medical in-home care across California. You will bring warmth, reliability, and compassionate service to clients in their own homes within a nationwide network that values dignity and respect.

As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with light housekeeping and meal prep, and coordinate with families. The role offers paid orientation, overtime pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for promotion
