Papa, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide part-time companionship and practical assistance to seniors and families in Tustin, MI.

You’ll help around the house, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly company via the mobile app, with hourly visits typically 2–4 hours each. No prior caregiving experience is required; we welcome life experience, stay-at-home parents, retirees, and anyone seeking meaningful, flexible work.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older
• Ability to communicate in English
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy
• Clean & dependable vehicle
• Access to a smartphone
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to older adults
• Assist with light housework and errands
• Transport clients to appointments or activities
• Coordinate through the Papa app to select hourly visits (typically 2–4 hours)
• Maintain a warm, reliable presence for families
