Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Milpitas, CA. As a Papa Pal, you provide friendly company and practical help to older adults and families, with responsibilities including light house tasks, errands, and transportation support.

Earn up to $18.00 per hour with bonuses and mileage reimbursement where available. You can schedule visits through our mobile app, typically 2–4 hours each, and no prior caregiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Use the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities and create your schedule.
