Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Tempe, AZ. Earn up to $17.00/hr. We’re recruiting reliable people who love to help others and enjoy flexible work.

Use the mobile app to pick hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and build a schedule that fits your life. As a Papa Pal you’ll provide companionship, light errands, transportation, and friendly support for older adults and families.

Formación

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report with proof of valid vehicle insurance.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring.

Responsabilidades

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist with light house tasks and errands as needed.
• Offer transportation and friendly company to clients.
